Convert & visualize user provided ISCN annotated data

User provided ISCN annotated data may be loaded through the File Loader. The data has to be provided in a tab-delimited format, including a header line (this could be empty, but the first line is removed). Excel files etc. will not work!

The order of the table columns is provided below. For a visualization of just the genomic data, the first 2 columns are sufficient. The appropriate technique can either be selected through the web form, or provided in column 3.
